So I was standing talking to an arborist this morning for an upcoming story on Arbor Day and we heard what sounded like a lawnmower getting louder and louder. This guy came whizzing by on his homemade go-cart, with hat tassles flying in the wind. Needless to say, I could not catch up with him to get his name.
